Welcome.
Welcome.
NoisesfromtheCellar makes work that lives in the quiet—on paper, on skin, and in sound. He tattoos full-time at Swan Family Ink in Moscow, Idaho, where black-and-grey becomes a kind of translation: emotion into line, memory into form.
His drawings began as a private discipline while working in radio—timed Bic ballpoint portraits, no erasing, no corrections—only commitment. The same rule carries through everything he does: pressure isn’t avoided, it’s used.
As a musician and producer, he builds basement-lit soul and confessional soul-hop—records that feel like rooms you can return to. Across mediums, the throughline is restraint, intention, and the sense that the most honest things don’t need to announce themselves.
